Q: How do we pay subscription and transaction fees?
A: Choose one of the methods below.

  1. Provide a valid Visa or MasterCard account number which will be charged once each month. Each charge will consist of the coming month’s subscription fee plus the prior month’s transaction fees. Within ten business days of each charge, Verisma will remit a check for all fees collected in the previous month to you.
  2. Receive a monthly invoice within ten business days of each monthly anniversary date for the coming month’s subscription fee plus the prior month’s transaction fees, netted against all fees collected in the previous month. Any balance owed to Verisma is due within 10 business days. Any residual due to you will be included with invoice. At enrollment, the initial invoice will include first and last month’s subscription fees.

Q: What if we forget a login password?
A: When you try to login using an incorrect password, RecordJacket.com™ provides several ways to help you remember your password or reset it securely.

Q: Do you lease or rent scanners?
A: No we do not but there are several scanners on the market that are compatible with our system. Basic requirements include:

  1. 25 ppm/25ipm Duplex Scanner
  2. 8/5 inch x 14 inch scan size
  3. 300dpi optical resolution
  4. 50-page automatic document feeder
  5. Duty cycle of 500 – 700 pages per day
  6. USB interface

We have extensively tested the Fujitsu™ fi-5120C and determined it to be compatible with RecordJacket.com™.

Q: When we upload data to RecordJacket.com™ will it be HIPAA secure?
A: Absolutely. When you upload data, we use 256-bit encryption to secure every record. And, once the records are on our servers, our highly secure data center operations ensure only authorized personnel have access to it. Please read our HIPAA and Security statements for more information (links are provided in the menu at the bottom of this page).

Q: How do we work with RecordJacket.com™ when we're not connected to the Internet?
A: We have designed and built RecordJacket.com™ as an online service and that provides many, many benefits as described elsewhere on this Web site. As an online service we do require that you have Internet access in order to be able to use RecordJacket.com™.
